Who We Are

Fesmire Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned heating and air conditioning company based in Pueblo, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you contact us, and how we use it.

Information You Give Us

Most of our customers reach us by phone. When you call, we use what you tell us, such as your name, address, phone number and the problem with your system, to answer your questions, schedule service and keep a record of the work we do for you.

If you send us a message through this website, we receive the information you choose to enter in the form and use it to reply to your request. Sending a message is a request for us to contact you; it does not book an appointment.

We do not sell the information you give us.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie of its own: a session cookie the website needs to work. It holds no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.

Google Analytics and the reviews widget, both described below, are provided by third parties, which may set their own cookies or use similar browser storage when they load.

Third-Party Services on This Site

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We look at this information only in summary form, to improve the site. Icons. The icons on this site are loaded from Font Awesome. When a page loads, your browser requests them from Font Awesome’s servers, which receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

Customer reviews. Some pages show our Google reviews through a widget provided by Elfsight. It loads from Elfsight’s servers only when you scroll near it, and it displays reviews customers have posted publicly on Google.

Links to other sites. This site links to our pages on Google, Facebook and Yelp. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you follow a link there.
