DUCTLESS COMFORT
Fesmire Heating & Air Conditioning has been installing and servicing heating and cooling equipment since 2000. As a second-generation, family-owned and operated company based in Pueblo, we repair, maintain and install ductless mini-splits for homeowners in Pueblo, Pueblo West and the surrounding Southern Colorado communities. A mini-split heats and cools the rooms you use without any ductwork, and we install LG systems and service any brand. Pick the service you need below, or call us during business hours and we will help you decide on the right next step.

WHY FESMIRE
A mini-split pairs an outdoor unit with indoor units mounted in the rooms you want to heat and cool. That makes it a practical answer for additions, converted garages, finished basements and homes that were never built with ductwork. We look at how you use each space before we suggest where the equipment should go.
We install LG ductless mini-splits and handle the whole job ourselves, from planning the layout to explaining how your new system works. We also repair and maintain mini-splits of any brand, so a system someone else installed is never a reason to look elsewhere.
Fesmire began as a father's company and is now run by his son, who carries on the standards his father set. When you call about your mini-split, you reach the family that answers for the work, and our company story explains how we got here.
We work with you every step of the way. We find the cause of the problem or the right spot for the equipment, explain it in plain language and lay out your options before any work begins, so the plan makes sense to you before you agree to it.
Ductless systems reward careful planning and careful diagnostics. You get honest recommendations from people who have been working on heating and cooling equipment since 2000, and who would rather tell you a mini-split is not the right fit than sell you one that is.

COMMON QUESTIONS
We repair, maintain and install ductless mini-splits for homes in Pueblo, Pueblo West and nearby Southern Colorado communities. That includes diagnosing a system that is not heating or cooling properly, seasonal cleaning and inspection, and new installations. Mini-splits are one part of our work, so you can also browse all of our heating and cooling services if you are comparing options.
A mini-split connects an outdoor unit to one or more indoor units mounted on a wall or ceiling, with no ductwork between them. Each indoor unit conditions the room it serves, so you can heat or cool the spaces you actually use without sending air through the whole house. We can walk through how that would work in your home when you call (719) 240-5109.
Often, yes. Rooms added after a home was built, converted garages and spaces at the far end of a duct run can be difficult for a central system to keep comfortable. A mini-split serves that room directly. We look at the space, how you use it and what equipment you already have before recommending anything, and we explain the options plainly.
Yes. We install LG ductless mini-splits, but we repair and maintain mini-splits of any brand. If another contractor installed your system or it came with the house, we can still diagnose it and help keep it running. Give us the make and model when you call during business hours, Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, and we will take it from there.
Many ductless systems are heat pumps, which means the same equipment can provide cooling in summer and heating in winter. Because models differ, we confirm what a particular system is designed to do before you decide. Southern Colorado has hot summers and cold winters, so we talk through how you plan to use the system in each season and recommend equipment accordingly.
It depends on your home and how you live in it. Some homeowners add mini-splits to supplement an existing system, while others use them in homes that never had ducts. We do not push a replacement your house does not need. We assess the layout, explain the tradeoffs honestly and let you decide whether a mini-split should work alongside your current equipment or in place of it.
If your home already has a healthy duct system and you want one system to serve the whole house, a ducted heat pump may be the better match. If you need to serve a single room, an addition or a home without ducts, a mini-split usually fits better. We install and service both, so we can recommend the one that suits your layout.
Every new residential installation from Fesmire comes with a 10-year parts and 1-year labor warranty. Before work begins, we explain what that coverage means for the mini-split you choose, so you know what to expect and there are no surprises later. This warranty applies to new residential installations only, and we are happy to answer questions when you call (719) 240-5109.
Yes. Indoor units, filters and outdoor units all collect dust and debris over time, and a system that is cleaned and inspected regularly is easier to keep running well. Our residential maintenance plan is built around heating and cooling tune-ups. Call (719) 240-5109 to learn what it includes for your mini-split and the rest of your equipment.
Yes. Veterans and seniors receive our Veteran & Senior Discount of 10% off when they mention it. It is the only special we offer, so there are no coupon codes to hunt for. Mention it when you call (719) 240-5109, Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, and we will take it into account when we put your plan together.
