Our Maintenance Plans
Regular maintenance is the simplest way to protect your equipment. A system that gets checked before the season starts is far less likely to fail on the hottest or coldest day of the year in Pueblo. We offer maintenance plans for Pueblo-area homes.
Our residential maintenance covers the systems we install and service, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and package units. Tune-ups help your equipment run efficiently, and they give us the chance to catch small problems before they become expensive ones.

WHY JOIN
A tune-up is a small appointment with an important job: helping the heating and cooling system you rely on stay ready for the season ahead. Here is why homeowners trust Fesmire with that routine.
Heating and cooling equipment works hard through hot Southern Colorado summers and cold winters, and that wear adds up quietly. A regular tune-up gives a technician the chance to spot developing trouble while it is still small, instead of after your system stops working.
A maintenance plan is an ongoing relationship, and it helps when the company behind it is a second-generation, family-owned business based right here in Pueblo. The son took over from his father, and we put the needs of our customers first. You can read more about our family-owned HVAC company before you decide.
Established in 2000, Fesmire has installed, repaired and maintained heating and cooling equipment for more than 25 years. We are an Armstrong Air ProTeam contractor, and we service any brand, so see everything we handle on our heating, cooling and air quality services page.
After a tune-up we explain what we found in terms that make sense and recommend what your system actually needs. We work with you every step of the way, with no surprises or hidden fees.
We would rather talk you through the plan than bury it in fine print. Call us during business hours and we will explain exactly what the residential maintenance plan includes and whether it fits your home.

COMMON QUESTIONS
It is our plan for homeowners, built around regular heating and cooling tune-ups so your equipment gets attention before a problem grows. We keep the specifics in a conversation rather than guessing on a web page, so call (719) 240-5109 during business hours and we will walk you through exactly what is included for your home.
Southern Colorado asks a lot of HVAC equipment, with hot summers, cold winters and dry air. Parts wear gradually, and a small issue can go unnoticed until the system stops working when you need it most. A regular tune-up gives a technician the chance to look everything over, explain what they find and recommend what your system needs.
Often, yes. A system can run without obvious symptoms while small issues develop inside it. A tune-up looks at your equipment before trouble shows up, so you hear about concerns on your own schedule instead of in the middle of a heat wave or cold snap. If everything checks out, you gain confidence that your system is in good shape.
We install and service any brand, so the label on your equipment does not limit who you can call. Armstrong Air, York, LG and Honeywell are the brands we install, but we work on other makes and models too. Call (719) 240-5109 and tell us what you have, and we will confirm how the maintenance plan applies to your system.
Our maintenance plan is for residential customers only, and we do not offer a commercial plan. Business owners with rooftop units can still call us about installation, repair and maintenance service, and you can read about it on our light commercial HVAC page. Call during business hours and we will talk through what your rooftop equipment needs.
Yes. We provide heating, air conditioning and heat pump service for mobile and modular homes, and you are welcome to ask how our residential maintenance plan fits your home. Equipment and layouts can differ from a site-built house, so we talk through your setup first. Visit our mobile and modular home HVAC page or call us during business hours.
Call (719) 240-5109 Monday through Friday between 7am and 4pm. When you call, tell us you are interested in the residential maintenance plan, which town you live in and what equipment you have. We will explain the plan, answer your questions and get you scheduled. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Call us and we will diagnose the problem, explain what we find and talk through your options before any work begins. Our goal is no surprises or hidden fees. If your heating is the concern, our furnace repair page explains how we approach it. Ask us how the plan applies to repairs when you call.
Fesmire Heating & Air Conditioning, a second-generation, family-owned and operated company based in Pueblo and established in 2000. The son took over from his father, and putting the needs of our customers first guides how we treat every home. A maintenance plan is an ongoing relationship, and it helps to have a local family company that answers for its work.
Tune-ups apply to central air conditioners, furnaces, ducted heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and residential package units, the same equipment we install and repair. Each type has its own needs, which is why we look at your specific system rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine. Call us to confirm which of your systems can be added to the plan.
